Return Eligibility
We accept return, refund, or exchange requests within 5 days of delivery — and only in cases of damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items.
- To be eligible, you must share a clear unboxing video that shows the issue.
- Requests submitted after 5 days or without video proof will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If the item is in original, unused condition, a full refund will be issued.
- If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or used, a 50% refund may be processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund unless the error is from our side.
Exchange Policy
We also offer exchanges under the same 5-day window:
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the error is on our side (e.g., wrong or defective item), HiBaby.pk will bear all shipping expenses.
